Once payment for your order is received, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your Zenshop account. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number.
You can view your order status 24 hours a day from your Order History page:
- Sign in to your Zenshop account.
- ClickMy Account > Order History & Reorder.
- All of your orders to date are displayed here along with the orderID. Review the Status field to determine if your order has dispatched - if so, you'll also see the tracking number.
Don't have a Zenshop account?
Don't worry! You can still look up your order:
- Access the Find your order page.
- Enter your email address and order number and click Continue.
- All of your orders to date are displayed. Review the Status field to determine if your order has dispatched - if so, you'll also see the tracking number.
If something doesn't seem right, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it.
